FPC Promrazvitiye (1C: Trade Management 8)

FPC of Promrazvitiye and Antegra consulting companies began the cooperation at the beginning of 2009. The FPC of Promrazvitiye company made the decision on automation of operational accounting as the functionality of the accounting system existing at that time did not conform to requirements of the company: speed of system operation was low, labor costs increased by accounting.

Within the project specialists of "Antegra consulting" developed functionality 1C: Trade Management 1C: Accounting of the 8 and 8 systems under features of activity of the Customer. Specialists perform the analysis and correction of lot-based accounting thanks to which problems with regrading are solved and the sequence of documents is recovered. The mechanism of setup of different access rights of employees to a system depending on posts and areas of responsibility was developed and implemented. Specialists of "Antegra consulting" thanks to the created mechanism of loading of information on deliveries and the nomenclature from documents Excel promoted reduction of manual work on input of this information in a system. Also specialists of "Antegra consulting" provided training of employees of an average and the top management in work about "1C: Trade Management 8" on sections: wholesale, stocks and a warehouse, money, efficiency analysis of a trading activity, settlement with clients, management of price policy.

Within the project 10 jobs were automated.
