As of December 2021, Dispatcher Suite includes two products:

• Dispatcher Paragon - for centralized management of the print infrastructure, security and cost control;
• Dispatcher Phoenix - to form workflow processes and automate document processing.

2019: Dispatcher Suite Release

On January 21, 2019, it became known that Konica Minolta released the Dispatcher Suite solution for secure print management, automation of document flow and document routing processes.

Office employees perform many routine manual operations every day: collect data, enter it into the system, process, save and distribute files. Dispatcher Suite helps automate these tasks. The solution includes two products: Dispatcher Paragon for centralized management of the print infrastructure, security and cost control, and Dispatcher Phoenix for the formation of document management processes and automation of document processing.

Dispatcher Suite, which Konica Minolta brings to the global market, is a scalable solution for companies of all sizes - from small businesses to geographically distributed corporations. The software package provides centralized management of the print infrastructure and improves its use security by authorizing users on the MFI and sharing access rights. An intuitive interface on the MFU control panel increases performance and reduces user errors.

In 2018, Keypoint Intelligence analysts recognized Konica Minolta's "Best Line of Document Management Software" solution package. According to the results of the evaluation conducted by Buyers Lab analysts, Konica Minolta became the best among the leading OEM suppliers in the categories: digitization and automation of document management, document and device management. The variety and performance of solutions are described as "unsurpassed." Keypoint Intelligence analysts noted several Konica Minolta software products and independent manufacturers, including the Dispatcher Phoenix workflow automation platform.

Dispatcher Suite was released on January 17, 2019 in Europe, then will be available in the USA and the Asia-Pacific region. This launch is only the initial stage of development of the solution, which will later be integrated into the concept of OPS (Optimized Print Services) print outsourcing and content management services to create additional opportunities for customers.
