And after moving the application allows them to receive calls from on-door speakerphones, to browse images from cameras of the house adjoining territory, to manage the admission on the territory, to receive meter readings and accounts for utilities, to send requests to management company and to communicate in chats with neighbors. In addition residents can order the packet of the 'smart house' system working through the same application which provides management of light, heat, humidity, smart devices in the apartment, etc. At the same time information on emergency and emergency situations in the apartment, with the consent of the owner, can be routed live in management company.

According to Discovery Research Group, 47% of buyers of housing in Russia are interested in technologies of smart housing. We consider that the residential complex cannot be just apartment house, it turns into a difficult digital ecosystem. And it means changes not only in operation, but also in all process from search of apartments before management of them.
