2019: Design of the Uniform automated dispatching management system (EASDU)

On October 3, 2019 became izvetsno that Rostelecom took part in design of the Uniform automated dispatching management system (EASDU) which connected all separate services of Moscow Metro in a common information space. A system is created for the Uniform dispatching center of the subway.

EASDU is designed to increase safety of passenger traffic and efficiency of decision making by managers in the normal mode and emergency situations and also to lower construction costs and upgrade of a system.

Participation in creation of the Uniform dispatching center in Moscow Metro became for Rostelecom little known step in design. In the former movie theater 'Yerevan' the modern technology core of all system of the capital subway functions now. Instead of separate the uniform dispatching center with the automated control system appeared. The constructed software and hardware complex was created with the assistance of our subsidiary company Macomnet. It includes a server cluster and a specialized software using which the round-the-clock online condition monitoring of infrastructure of the subway, including parameters of power supply systems, a microclimate, critical infrastructure and others is conducted,

Rostelecom will exercise designer's service, to control correctness of work of EASDU in the Uniform dispatching center and also to introduce necessary amendments.

Technological solutions of digital provider will provide to the subway decrease in operating costs thanks to optimization of program and technical architecture of EASDU and use of modern monitors and diagnostics. Service life of the capital technology equipment will increase due to timely detection and fault recovery[1].
