"Sheremetyevo of Handling" will build at Sheremetyevo Airport the station of storage of deicing fluid

On January 25, 2019 it became known that Sheremetyevo of Handling LLC will build the station of storage of deicing fluid at the airport

Glavgosekspertiza of Russia issued the positive conclusion on construction of the station of storage of deicing fluid on the platform of the International airport Sheremetyevo. Financing of construction is going to be performed at the expense of own means of Sheremetyevo of Handling LLC.

Within project implementation the two-storeyed building of the station with a total area of 945 sq.m where an administrative part, the technology premises with the pump station and the water purifier and also the production premises with an underground capacity for the fulfilled deicing fluid will be placed will be built. For placement of tanks of storage of deicing fluid the concrete platform with barrier of 282 sq.m, a canopy for the parking of special automotive vehicles of 602 sq.m and the underground capacity of accumulation of sanitary domestic sewages will be equipped.

The station will be used for storage of liquid and the long-term parking of special vehicles-deayserov, their filling with deicing fluid and a service water. The station will allow to carry out simultaneous filling of six machines with deicing fluid for the minimum time.

Project implementation will expand opportunities and will increase reliability of providing a deaysing of aircrafts in the conditions of growth of intensity of runway transactions and a passenger traffic at Sheremetyevo Airport.

In the autumn and winter period 2018/2019 "Sheremetyevo of Handling" started ensuring anti-icing processing of aircrafts of all airlines in Sheremetyevo. For effective and high-quality execution of works 16 modern anti-icing machines Tempest on the special chassis of production of JBT company and 4 machines Vestergaard were purchased.

Taking into account the dynamic growth of a passenger traffic of PJSC Aeroflot and plans of arrival of other carriers the operator of land service of Sheremetyevo Airport of Sheremetyevo of Handling LLC continues a large-scale procurement program of the equipment.
