Rostec will construct the database of radio electronics on 1C-Bitrix and PostgreSQL

On January 25, 2019 it became known that civil products of a radio-electronic cluster of Rostec for 20 million rubles will be united in the uniform directory presenting itself to InformSystem in the web portal form.

To the middle of 2019 Rostec will have an electronic directory of civil products of its radio-electronic cluster. This cluster includes holdings "Ruselectronics" and "Schwab", concern "Automatic equipment" and "United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation" and also the organizations of direct control: special design office "Salyut", mounting and technology management Altair and Central Research Institute Elektronika.

The directory will represent automated to InformSystem, implemented in the form of the web portal. The possibility of creation of mobile applications for iOS and Android will be provided in it. It follows from the technical project of the corresponding tender issued in a purchase format at the unique supplier with the price of the agreement set at the level of 20 million rubles.

Acts as the direct customer of a system entering into Rostec "National center of informatization" from Tatarstan. The scope of work is expected 140 calendar days from the moment of agreement signature. The name of its contractor on the website of state procurements is not stated in public documents.

Under the terms of the technical project, the contractor should create a system on the platform 1C-Bitrix for content management of the web project (CMS).

As the Web server providing acceptance and transmission of messages from network it is recommended to involve Nginx, but at the same time a system should support installation and on other Web servers, for example, on Apache.

For DBMS which functionality is focused on processing of "hyper big" information volumes up to 100 GB it is recommended to use PostgreSQL, but at the same time a system should support use and other SQL compatible DBMS, for example, of MySQL.

The created system should have a possibility of interaction with external systems using protocols of SSL/TLS, including using both western, and the Russian cryptoproviders and appropriate certificates. Also it should have the built-in means of work with mail servers and provide a possibility of horizontal and vertical scaling[1].
