2019: Description of the radar

The primary and secondary airfield survey radar, from 100%, with the modes of ATC and "RBS", is intended by the reservation with ZIP completed with a complete set of replaceable cells with transmitters of primary and secondary channels on transistors for installation in the airports with any intensity of the flights and also for replacement which developed the resource of DRL-7SM and AORL-85 radars.

For January, 2019, according to provided to JSC ChRZ Polet, AORL-1AS includes:

• Containers hardware and modular;
• The rotation drive with the slip ring and vrashchperekhoda;
• Antenna system on the basis (only on an equipment room);
• KDP equipment set;
• SPTA set and operational documentation.

Main features of the solution mentioned by the producer:

• One antenna system and two sets of the equipment;
• Two at the same time working sensors of an angular position of the antenna (100% a hot reserve);
• Costs on preparation of a position on site of operation are reduced;
• Possibility of information transfer on KDP in digital and analog (on the PC) a type;
• Remote control and signaling about a status of radar station on KDP;
• Supervisory equipment with automatic transition from one set to another at failure;
• The built-in control defines fault of the functional device;
• Signaling sensors "FIRE", "PROTECTION" with broadcast of a status on KDP;
• The equipment of heating and conditioning provides normal operating conditions of the equipment in containers;
• Range up to 380 km (with completion to route option) excludes need of installation of separate VRL;
• Delivery without equipment of the ATC of VK is possible;
• Two strengthened reducers of the drive of rotation of the antenna with the increased reliability with the overrunning clutches allowing to carry out dismantling and installation of engines at rotation of the antenna, also have construction with two worm shaft.
