The cloud solution of PRMSaaS helped IVI to adjust work with partners

On January 25, 2019 the Ivi.Ru company providing in the Russian market of video service on the Internet (a format of online movie theater) together with Forward Telecom, the solution designer of PRMSaaS, automated business processes on work with partners.

In the middle of 2018 IVI opened the additional sales channel of services in installation of Smart TV through the service centers of Russia. Partners began to offer clients of a scratch card with an activation code of Smart tv and service in installation.

The task for Forward Telecom company consisted in arranging partner interaction. The decision to implement the product PRMSaaS and to automate a number of business processes of ivi was made. In only 1 month a PRM system was configured and the personal account of the partner with following features is customized:

  • the personalized personal account for partners,
  • several settlement schemes of remunerations of partners are configured,
  • starting orders by partners and their subsequent implementation is automated.

The cloud solution of PRMSaaS represents a partner relationship management system. The PRM system developed by Forward Telecom company allows to automate the most part of business processes on * sales of goods and services through partners. Including:

  • training and certification of partners,
  • routing of orders,
  • holding joint marketing actions,
  • calculation of remunerations and ratings,
  • document flow.

For January, 2019 the first stage of implementation PRMSaaS for a company performance of IVI with the partners is completed, a system is already actively used in the company. Expansion of the used functionality and active connection of new partners is in the future planned step-by-step. In the first quarter 2019 of IVI will be able fully to estimate results of the done work and to begin it is most effective to use the partner channel for promotion of the services.
