On January 28, 2019 the EAE-Consult company reported that it implemented electronic document management for Infrastruktura shopping Mall LLC on 100 jobs.

According to the company, within creation of the modern electronic document management systems company Infrastructure of shopping mall specialists of EAE-Consult LLC completed implementation of the domestic platform 1C with migration data from EDMS based on IBM Lotus Notes. 100 jobs with expansion perspective to 1,000 are automated. The full range of project and technical works is executed, a system is transferred to industrial operation. Workflow automation was performed based on the standard solution 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP, edition 2.1. In quality servers databases freely extended is used PostgreSQL DBMS.

Divisions of the customer are characterized by the layered vertically integrated design; geographical remoteness from each other; considerable volume of document flow; complex circuits of document flows and variety of technologies of work with documents.

The project team was faced by tasks:

  • increase transparency and efficiency of document handling;
  • reduce paper document flow;
  • increase performing discipline;
  • increase security of information and documents.

In progress in adaptation of the standard solution routes of documents are developed, executed setup of details in reference books, business processes, tasks and completion of a system regarding a possibility of use of the facsimile.

as a result of project implementation is automated a number of business processes on office-work of Infrastruktura shopping Mall company:
  • Work with organizational and administrative documents, since a stage of preparation, approval, signing of projects, registration, consideration, acquaintance.
  • Work with incoming correspondence and organization of acquaintance with it.
  • Work with outgoing correspondence at all stages.
  • Processing of internal documentation – memos at all stages.

EDMS provided online access to documents taking into account user rights, full-text search for documents according to their contents, increase in transparency and efficiency of document handling, reduction of time for creation and document retrieval, increase in security of information and documents, their routing.

Project scope:

  • collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system;
  • software installation on the customer's computers;
  • methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation);
  • creation of interfaces and sets of user rights;
  • technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation);
  • initial settings of the solution to start accounting;
  • data transfer from the previous automation systems;
  • installation and setup of the DBMS server.
