2022: Implementation of the "710-P Indicator"

The 710-P indicator has replenished the Leksgarant software portfolio for reporting to the Central Bank, joining Sintegs OSBU and the XBRL Factory. Representatives of the Sintegs company reported this on December 27, 2022.

In 2021, the Bank of Russia shifted the timing of the transition to the 710-P Regulation for some insurance companies. Ivan Udovin, Deputy General Director - Head of the Risk Management Department of SEO "Lexgarant," noted that this gave more time for preparation and the opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of colleagues from the first wave. By the beginning of the project, a number of Syntegs users had already submitted the first reporting on the updated requirements from the Indicator, so SEO Lexgarant had no doubts about the quality of the program methodology.

Thus, the focus of the project was aimed at integration with the internal systems of SEO "Lexgarant," primarily Syntegs OSBU and Factory XBRL. Setting up the collaboration of three programs is a typical process, and so that users immediately begin to submit new reports, Sintegs suggested first downloading registers from Excel, gradually moving to complete automation. During this time, specialists made settings in the accounting system and connected external services.

"The system works quickly, and the functionality increases with new releases. The most useful tools include the ability to automatically load from external systems, build an economic balance (an important control function), and upload results directly to the XBRL Factory reporting forms. 2019: Installation of Sintegro OSBU and Factory XBRL systems

On January 30, 2019, Sintegro Consulting announced that Lexgarant keeps records and reports in XBRL format using Sintegro OSBU and XBRL Factory solutions.

According to the company, Lexgarant turned to Sintegro Consulting with two tasks:

• automate the accounting system according to the new industry standards of the Central Bank;
• configure reporting in XBRL format.

During the project, the Syntegro OSBU system was installed on the server and user workplaces. It set up a single chart of accounts and analytics, rules for the formation of personal accounts, posting schemes, user access rights.

After that, the initial balances were entered and the initial balance was formed, the import data from external systems was set up: from "" and 1C: Accounting ON for insurance companies "" - to the Axiom Syntegro OSBU system.

After the completion of this stage of work, Sintegro Consulting specialists introduced and configured XBRL Factory software. The project team installed databases on the server and at user workplaces, configured accounts and access rights. The taxonomy was imported, the connection to the accounting database was set up.

In total, 68 forms of accounting reporting and 88 forms of supervisory and statistical reporting were configured within the framework of the project. As a result of the work, Lexgarant has been reporting in XBRL format since the 1st quarter of 2018.

A separate block of work was allocated for the pilot operation of the system. Sintegro Consulting specialists consulted on all issues that arose with employees on working with the program and the formation of transactions and reporting.
