2019: Representation of Ericsson Operations Engine
On February 3, 2019 the Ericsson company provided the product Ericsson Operations Engine created based on artificial intelligence technologies (AI) and supplementing Managed Services solution portfolio. Thanks to support of AI technologies, automation and data analysis, the e2e-solution of Ericsson allows to look in a different way at network transactions, design process and optimization of network and also to review development approaches of applications and to service of network. In process of development of technologies 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) network infrastructure becomes harder and harder. Application of Ericsson Operations Engine in modern conditions allows to predict and prevent possible problems.
Three key features of Ericsson Operations Engine:
- Orientation to financial results: the solution of the business challenges facing operators, among which improvement of service quality for subscribers, increase in efficiency of use of the available resources and increase in profit.
- Complex of opportunities: improvement of financial performance due to use of opportunities of artificial intelligence technologies, optimization, data analysis and dynamic deployment and also application of other development approach of applications and implementation of the innovations created in partnership with other companies.
- Advanced components: the best products and solutions based on AI technologies, examination and investments into network infrastructure.
Process of service of networks becomes harder and harder as we increase scales of deployment of IoT technologies and a 5G and also we implement technologies of virtualization of a core of network to improve quality of the user experience. Use of Ericsson Operations Engine will help the customers using our services of Managed Services to achieve powerful advantages over competitors and instead of the solution of technical issues to focus on creation and development of services for subscribers. The provided product in a root changes our approach to operation of network — instead of solution of the problems it allows to prevent their emergence due to data analysis, technologies of automation and artificial intelligence.
