"The first Bit" automated EKO of the Plumber online store

On February 5, 2019 The First Beat company reported that Original Live Systems (OLS) implemented at the EKO of the Plumber enterprise a system "BIT. Shop". Thanks to it the company managed to reduce costs and to increase efficiency of work with suppliers.

According to the company, permanent growth of orders pushed company management "EKO of the Plumber" to problem solving of automation of the whole complex of business processes: information processing on goods, market monitoring, purchase management and pricing.

For project implementation a system "BIT was selected. Shop" which is developed by OLS company. Such tasks were set for specialists of OLS:

• loading and processing of price lists of suppliers from files of any formats;
• comparison of the nomenclature of suppliers to own goods items;
• market monitoring;
• calculation of optimal goods quantity to purchase;
• choice of the best supplier;
• integration of an information system with the website of online store.

System "BIT. Shop" it was finished under requirements of EKO of the Plumber company. As a result all economic operations at the enterprise are performed in the unified information system. The effective management of purchases increased. The staff of online store can carry out also now dynamic pricing. So quickly to revaluate goods that the enterprise remained competitive. Result of project implementation was almost complete reduction of manual routine transactions in the company. For example, market monitoring on more than 15,000 goods items cannot absolutely be carried out manually. Now it is completely done by the program. Or if before the range we had to spend for process of revaluation the whole day and strength of two employees, then for February, 2019 on it about 15 minutes leave and one person is engaged in it.
