"The Concorde Asset management" strengthened data protection of clients using a complex of solutions InfoWatch

On February 6, 2019 the InfoWatch company announced results of implementing solution for information loss prevention (DLP system) and protection of the organizations against internal threats of the information security (IS) of InfoWatch Traffic Monitor and also a monitoring system of actions of employees and privileged users of InfoWatch Person Monitor in information infrastructure of management company JSC Konkord Upravleniye Aktivami. For a year of use of the complete cybersecurity solution from InfoWatch it was succeeded to increase the level of information security of the company and digital hygiene of her employees, told in the management of JSC Konkord Upravleniye Aktivami.

The project started more than a year ago, we were faced by a task to increase the level of control storages and transfer personal data of clients of management company JSC Konkord Upravleniye Aktivami. Taking into account long-term experience and examination of the customer in the field of trust management of assets with one more keyword parameter of the project there was an increase in level protection information, being a trade secret. According to the company, at the first stage specialists of InfoWatch together with profile services of JSC Konkord Upravleniye Aktivami conducted preproject examination according to the results of which recommendations about increase in level of protection and information security policies taking into account specifics of business processes and the customer's IT infrastructure were developed.

The complete solution included implementation of the InfoWatch Traffic Monitor DLP system which provides control of all electronic channels of information exchange and allows to reveal in an information flow violation of treatment of confidential data and also the product InfoWatch Person Monitor for the analysis of working activity of personnel.

The products InfoWatch are implemented in our company already over a year, and during this time we noted that they are very ergonomic and convenient in use. We selected complete solution as these products supplement each other. Thanks to their implementation we managed to enhance efficiency of actions for information security and also to increase the level of digital literacy of employees. Specialists of the company considered all our requirements at implementation and setup of a system, provided expert consultations on all arising questions.
