GMCS created the BI platform for Skolkovo

On February 6, 2019 GMCS Skolkovo Foundation uses digital service based on BI- platforms Qlik Sense for more effective management of an ecosystem of support of the domestic projects implemented both in Russia and in the world market. The analytical solution developed by GMCS is from 12 interactive dashbord allowing users to work independently with necessary to them data.

Using dashbord specialists of Fund carry out activity monitoring, risk analysis when choosing participants of grant programs, the analysis of load of clusters.

Qlik Sense is applied also to the analysis of indicators of activity of Skolkovo Foundation by clusters, income and expenses, the provided services and other indicators. This information is used by Fund for decision making for optimization and development of the Innovation center to make him even more attractive to residents.

To support the high level of achievements and to be engaged in innovations which will be demanded not only here and now but also in the future, operational and transparent data are necessary. Such approach is base for digitalization and maintenance of high speed of changes. In our plans development of a business intelligence for city manager, the system of billing and other directions where it is required to make decisions on the basis of reliable data within 5-10 minutes. GMCS for February, 2019 continues to develop the analytical solution according to tasks of Skolkovo Foundation.

We work about Skolkovo more than 2 years and we help Fund to improve management efficiency not only using BI, but other our solutions and technologies. The first stage of the project was implemented less than in 3 months. Further we gradually increased systems capabilities, adding features for visual analytics.
