BARS GROUP: Mobile office for remote employees of home service of the population

2019: Concept

On February 5, 2019 the BARS GROUP company submitted the concept of mobile office for remote employees of home service of the population.

According to the company, application creation is planned within large-scale work on the state information system of Ministry of Labor of RT "Social Register of the Population of RT" in which development and development BARS GROUP since 2014 is engaged. More than 4.3 thousand specialists from 850 organizations of the social sphere are connected to a system.

We detected the need for optimization of activity of Ministry of Labor of RT regarding providing social services in home service of the population: in improvement of creation of logistics, quality control of services and providing social workers in electronic form to the reporting. The mobile office of "home-workers" is the application for the tablet which will also allow to strengthen control over movement of social workers: in it movement routes, the place, time and the photoreport of the rendered services will be fixed. All reporting will pass into a digital format. It is supposed that the mobile office will increase efficiency of specialists by 16% thanks to more rational use of working time.

The specialist of home service will see the plan for the day/week made by a system automatically in the application, to give marks about its execution with attachment of the photoreport which will go then to the head to "The social register of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan".
