T Plus upgrades a system of accounting of technical and economic indicators at power plants of the Samara branch

On February 6, 2019 the INFOPRO company reported that it together with PJSC T Plus started modernization of an accounting system and calculation of the technical and economic indicators (TEI) at power plants of the Samara branch: The Samara, Tolyatti, Syzran combined heat and power plant, CHPP VAZ, the Novokuybyshevsk CHPP-1, the Samara state district power plant, boiler houses TsOK and POK and in Executive office.

According to the company, modernization of stations takes place within an investment program of TPIR and implementation of tasks of energy saving and increase in efficiency of activity of branch.

Within the project the software package of calculations TEI based on the platform of INFOPRO company will be modified.

It will allow to achieve the following goals:

• Improvement of process of management of a production cycle, based on fall forward and efficiency of decision making. The performance indicators of operation of the equipment of the station calculated with a high accuracy and discretization, and determination of deviations from the most effective mode in specific and natural expressions should be the basis for decision making;
• Increases in quality of development and calculation of techniques of assessment of effects when implementing operational and investment actions for increase in quality, reliability and efficiency at stations;
• Increase in motivation of personnel of the station by operational complex efficiency evaluation of the work of replaceable personnel based on the analysis technical and economic indicators of operation of the equipment of the station, quality of maintaining the mode and pusko \stopping works and maintaining the program of a competition of changes;
• Decrease in perezhog of fuel due to operating control and managerial initiation of regulation of an operation mode of the equipment of stations;
• Increases in quality of these technical and economic indicators necessary for the analysis and comparison of efficiency of stations of holding, and for the reporting before regulating authorities and adjacent subjects.

The project provides deployment of two-level hierarchy – the level of stations and level of Executive directorate which will provide a common information space and obtaining the consolidated exact data for the subsequent analysis.

Also it will be implemented mobile application for data access from mobile devices on platforms Android and iOS. The application will simplify operating control behind the current indicators of work of stations, will increase the speed and efficiency of decision making.

Specialists of INFOPRO company should inspect automation objects and the available TEI settlement system, to develop algorithms of calculations for each station, to perform necessary tunings and modification of software, to provide personnel training to work in a system.
