2023: Transfer of acts of responsible storage into electronic form
On November 9, 2023, MTS PJSC, a digital ecosystem, presented a project to translate acts of responsible storage into electronic form using the Kontur.Diadok service.
The main goal of the MTS project was to completely replace the paper documents of MKh-1 and MKh-3 related to responsible storage with their electronic versions. As part of the project, MTS managed to automate a number of key processes, such as finding documents in warehouses, reconciling them and linking them to relevant transactions. As a result, up to 14,500 warehouse forms currently pass through the electronic document management system every month without direct human participation.
Moreover, all warehouses engaged in responsible storage completely switched to electronic documents, which made it possible to reduce labor costs for their processing by a third and save 65 rubles on each electronic document.
For MTS Group, the transition to electronic document management has become a key element in the implementation of our ESG strategy and internal transformation process. We strive to reduce our environmental footprint and improve business efficiency, and the introduction of EDO plays an important role in this. The transition to digital document management in warehouses is a real breakthrough in the efficiency of logistics process management, which not only improves transparency and efficiency of processes, but also helps to reduce costs and increase the company's competitiveness. We are proud of our success in the competition and welcome all companies that take an active part in the development and implementation of EDO, since this is not only a modern step, but also a responsible contribution to the future, ― said Konstantin Arkhipov, DocFlow project manager at MTS Digital. |
2019
On February 7, 2019, the company SKB Kontur announced that PJSC "" and MTS Ericsson AB began to exchange legally significant documents through the operator SKB electronic document management Kontur and its service. Diadoc The Russian telecommunication Swedish the company and its partner signed the first equipment order on November 22, 2018. By the end of 2018, organizations began to sign all orders through the international EDO.
According to the company, when placing orders on paper, both companies faced a laborious procedure for exchanging documents. The whole procedure took two weeks to a month because the originals required delivery to Sweden for signing.
Our company has long used EDO in the exchange of documents with Russian suppliers. As of February 2019, we are gradually switching to electronic document management with non-residents of the Russian Federation. We see that this really helps to speed up business processes, reduce signing time, reduce the cost of forming paper documents and international delivery. Now the procedure for agreeing and signing orders takes from a couple of minutes to two working days. Delivery of electronic documents to another country takes several seconds. Ericsson's representatives have already felt the benefits of switching to cross-border document management: this is a reduction in the cost of international delivery and storage of documents, optimization of working hours, and universal access to documents for employees in Russia and Sweden.
After switching to EDO, it became easier to work with orders. To find the document of interest or work on coordination, just log in, configure the search filter and perform the desired action in just one click. When working with paper documents, employees had to constantly monitor the status of orders and, if necessary, request copies of the originals from the archive, which is located in Sweden. For February 2019, everything is ordered and is in the same system. Thanks to notifications received by e-mail, you can quickly check the order, agree on it and send it for signature. |
MTS PJSC and Ericsson AB have plans to add new types of documents for cross-border shipment: in addition to orders, transfer invoices for payment and acceptance certificates through Diadoc. In the future, both companies are going to connect other partners to the international EDO.
