The module "SMS notification" is developed by KS-Consulting company and intended for the instant notification on mobile communication of users of EDMS Case of receipt of urgent documents.
2019: Description of the module
In situations when it is necessary to accept the document in work as soon as possible, the module "SMS notification" allows to convey information on receipt of urgent documents to addressees at once, in process of their receipt.
Notifications go to internal addressees of the registration card (RC) of the document to EDMS Case provided that in the reference book of Division at the official mobile phone number is specified. Start of process of "SMS notification" according to the specific document is performed manually, when clicking the corresponding button in RK that allows to exclude hit not of urgent documents in mailing.
After sending notifications to RK, in the note for each addressee in the list, entry where information on date of sending to the addressee of SMS and the phone number on which sending was executed is specified is automatically added. In cases when after sending SMS new addressees who need also to be notified are added, the resending of notifications excluding from the list of earlier notified addressees is provided.
The notifications comprising information on the sender and also date and number of the urgent document go from the e-mail address specified in settings for the address of service of mailing which, in turn, performs sending SMS messages to addressees:
Sending SMS is made through third-party services of mailing of messages to mobile operators. As of February, 2019 integration with sms.ru service is supported. The list of the supported services of mailing of messages will extend.
The server license on the option "Process management" and also the operating profile in service of SMS mailing is necessary for operation of the module.
