On February 12, 2019 The First Beat company announced system implementation "bits.FINANS / Management accounting" in Ruskhimset company.
"Ruskhimset" special attention pays to development of a regional system of sales: builds warehouses and opens the trade missions. In process of business development heads of Ruskhimseti understood that a system in which management accounting was kept does not conform to requirements of the company any more. The functionality of the program was not enough for creating the necessary reporting. Because of it the staff of the enterprise had to prepare reports manually in Excel.
Preparation of the reporting took week employees. Besides, they often found errors in reports. Employees spent for their correction several days. As a result top managers could not make quickly management decisions on the basis of data retrieveds. The company needed a system using which it would be possible to work with uniform base of the normative reference information, to plan budgets for a set of scenarios, to analyze and control their execution, to manage cash flow.
Having considered the client's wishes, experts of First Bit chose for him the specialized program – "Bits.FINANS / Management accounting". Thanks to this program at the enterprise the uniform information base which contains the general management information on all accounting items was created.
"The system "of bits.FINANS / Management accounting" allowed to make a financial position of the enterprise more predictable. Thanks to automation of treasury it was succeeded to differentiate control of use of money effectively. According to the results of the project terms of drawing up budgets of the company were twice reduced. A system allows to calculate quickly profitability of projects, to quickly obtain information in different cuts, in time to react to discrepancies and errors in the entered data. The developed reports allowed the management to make reasonably management decisions". Sergey Stetsko, chief financial officer of Ruskhimset company |
