We took the IT direction, developed the training program of children and provided teachers. The most important was to make the program really interesting to children. One of our missions – development of the IT industry in the region. We understand that there was a progress in this direction, it is necessary to direct energy and resources including to the sphere of preparation and training of children of school age. I expect to meet the Tver Kvantorium's graduates in several years on IT projects of regional, federal or international scale. It will be the main criterion of success of our work.

In development made use of experience of carrying out by the company of "Hour of the code" in schools - it is a world initiative within which pupils are acquainted with programming in playful way. In Kvantorium specialists of Accenture will share cases from the experience, will show that programming can be simple and visual.

Skills training will take place in several stages. At first children will develop mobile application on Android, and further integrate it with Arduino microcontrollers to meet work of the code "in person". For example, bulbs will begin to light up or food in the automatic feeder will move. According to the idea, children should think up what project they will create, and at the end they present it to teachers and parents.
