"Light technologies" of a povysiya product quality using the solution "Appius-PLM"

On February 7, 2019 the Appius company announced completion of transition to the full-function solution "Appius-PLM Product lifecycle management" of Light Technologies company within the project on automation of KTPP.

In 2018 the company management Light Technologies made the decision on increase in level of digitalization of the enterprise. As the accounting system the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 configuration, and for management of the design-technology preparation of production (DTPP) – development "Appius-PLM Product lifecycle management of 2018" was selected. The complete solution Appius-PLM, except functionality of a PDM system, includes functionality of the technology system Appius-Tekhnologiya, Appius-Konfigurator, Engineering databases, a management subsystem projects, tasks and a set of other subsystems and also integration with the different CAD systems (the Compass-3D, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, T-FLEX CAD).

In the course of implementation of Appius-PLM by specialists of Appius company also interaction with "was organized 1C:ERP Management enterprise 2".

By consideration of options of updating by a project team was decided to refuse inheritance of the main amount of data from an old system, and to perform input in Appius-PLM of structures of products and operational technologies, thereby having executed complete reconciliation of design-technology information.

As the main operation mode at the enterprise the Taxi regime of the thin client of the platform which was the most convenient at joint work of Appius-PLM with ERP is selected.
