2019: Start
On February 12, 2019 the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation announced start of a dashboard on monitoring of the national purposes. Service is intended to help to monitor accomplishment of the national purposes which were set before the Government by the Russian President in the May decree of 2018.
The panel provides information on each of the national purposes. All of them are placed on the homepage. In the same place key indicators, their current and target values and also comments on them are available.
The dashboard contains data on Deputy Prime Ministers, responsible for each national purpose, and also about national projects and state programs which influence achievement of effective objectives. The list is created on the basis of information which is placed in the Main activities of the Government.
As envisioned by Accounts Chamber, the panel will allow to trace dynamics on indicators of national projects and to diagnose possible deviations.
Further it is going to supplement a dashboard with data on all state programs and federal projects.
As specified in Accounts Chamber, the dashboard is only one of the actions provided by department for achievement of monitoring of the national purposes.
