MCN Telecom provided in joint use a part of resources for Telecommunication

On February 13, 2019 MCN Telecom announced providing PJSC Telekommunikatsii in joint use of a part of resources of own network of the international and domestic long distance communication. The agreement is signed for a period of five years. Legal support of the transaction was performed by Infiniti Group company.

The partner project implemented on a Schering business model gave the chance of PJSC Telekommunikatsii to upgrade the existing network without essential capital costs that allowed the operator to expand the amount of the operating customer services in all subjects of the Russian Federation.

This model – the direction which gained active development in the industry of telecommunications. It is aimed at increase in efficiency of use of infrastructure of telecom operators.

Construction Mgmn of network – the expensive project which for February, 2019 only 10 operators of Russia could implement. We offer easier and effective way for those who want to render services of telephony at the federal and international level. Lease of separate elements will allow to build networks quickly Mgmn-network and to begin to profit from this business direction, having saved at the same time more than 90 million rubles. We consider that partnership with PJSC Telekomunikatsii will be profitable to both concerned parties and will become a starting point on return of investments for us.
