ER-Telecom Holding will create "The smart city" in the territory of the Arkhangelsk region

On February 14, 2019 reported to JSC ER-Telecom Holding that signed the agreement with the Government of the Arkhangelsk region on development of telecommunication infrastructure of the region.

The document is signed by the president of JSC ER-Telecom Holding Andrey Kuzyaev and the Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov.

JSC ER-Telecom Holding is going to implement in the territory of the Arkhangelsk region services on the basis of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) for objects of power of izhilishchno-municipal services. Besides, the company intends to provide access for inhabitants of the region to services based on high-speed Internet access. Also, integration of elements of the Smart City system into the existing regional IT infrastructure is planned that will allow to increase its reliability and efficiency.

Digital transformation of Russia stopped being a beautiful slogan for a long time. Working on specific projects in many subjects of the Russian Federation, I can tell that the state seriously is engaged in this subject.
