On February 14, 2019 the Elma company announced automation of an analysis system of sales in OLDOS company.
One of key tasks of the company is search of modern methods of management of sales. With expansion of a branch network, the management of OLDOS made the decision to automate work of the sales department in CRM.
The choice of a system was performed on a competitive basis. Most fully the ELMA system which combines the module CRM and business process management met the requirements of the company, also significant at determination of the winner was a ratio of functionality and cost of the platform.
The partner of ELMA, the "New Technologies of Business Process Management" company, made system implementation in several stages:
- First of all fixed functions of CRM, it were implemented: work with transactions and agreements, relationship with the acting and potential clients, maintaining uniform base of buyers.
- Process of drawing up agreements with clients is automated.
- Integration of a system with 1C is carried out.
The structure of the analysis of sales of OLDOS is completely performed now in ELMA CRM which stores data on outlets and buyers. It allows to make efficiency evaluation of indicators by different parameters, for example: to range number, competitors, capacity and geographic location of shops.
