The Russian job search and employee search service is hh.ru available in the departmental information system of state employment centers. This was announced on October 25, 2021 by HeadHunter. Citizens applying to employment centers can get employment options not only from the employment service database, but also from the hh.ru database, which contains more than 1 million vacancies from 350 thousand employer companies as of October 2021. This became possible as a result of the cooperation of two companies: HeadHunter and NPK Katarsis.

The testing of this job search was carried out at the Employment Center of the city of Moscow. From July to September 2021, employees of this center, working at the Catharsis: Employment PC, offered citizens more than 90 thousand employment options from the job base hh.ru. The product is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No. 1545 ).

Compatibility with Red OS

On February 20, 2019, RedSoft announced that together with NPK Katarsis, as part of a cooperation agreement, they tested the compatibility of their products. Tests confirmed the full operability of the Katarsis software complex on the Russian operating system of the RED OS. As a result, a two-way compatibility certificate was signed.

The compatibility of the two products as of February 2019 is already yielding results. As part of the transition to domestic software, the specialists of Katharsis NPC and RED SOFT, together with the Information Technology Department of the Orenburg Region and the Information Technology and Information Protection Department of the regional Ministry of Labor and Employment, were tested for compatibility of the information system of the employment service and the operating system of RED OS. Diagnostics of all modes of operation of the information system on the test stand of the local network in the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Orenburg region gave positive results. In January 2019, the CP of the Orenburg Region began industrial operation of the Russian operating system RED OS.

Since January 2019, the employment service of the Orenburg region has been replacing operating systems in accordance with the plan for the transition to domestic software approved in 2018. An interaction mechanism has been worked out with representatives of the developer and integrator to eliminate emerging issues of compatibility of software products. Active training of specialists of the employment service on the basis of the GAU DPO "Training Center of the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Orenburg Region" is underway.

Existing regulations put forward various requirements for compatibility of software with operating systems available in the registry of Russian software. Given the significant spread of our complexes in the bodies of employment and social protection of the population, we are working to fulfill these requirements. We are satisfied that as of February 2019, the full work of the software systems developed by us and in the environment of the RED OS is provided.

Catharsis version 8

The 8th version of the Catharsis PC is the third generation of software products of the Catharsis research and production company for the employment service. NPK Katarsis supplies both indefinite and annual licenses for the use of the Katarsis PC.
