"Packer" implemented a cloud solution of B2B-Center for maintaining and verification of the corporate reference book of the purchased goods and services

On February 20, 2019 the B2B-Center reported that NPF Paker implemented a cloud solution of B2B-Center for maintaining and verification of the corporate reference book of the purchased goods and services, consisting of 20 thousand positions.

We were faced by two important tasks: automate management of the corporate reference book and collection of information about results of purchases. Thanks to integration of B2B-Center service and our ERP system "IT Enterprise" we could build uniform continuous process. It includes automatic verification of the reference book on errors and duplicates, carrying out electronic procurement, data analysis about suppliers and dynamics of purchase prices. The B2B-Center service for management of the normative reference information (NRI) automatically checks data of NPF Paker on 20 algorithms that provides their correctness, uniformity and operational removal of errors. Normalization of the reference book leads to expense reduction of the company and increase in efficiency of business processes.
