TrueConf created the video banking system for one of the largest banks of Kuwait

2019: Video banking system implementation based on TrueConf Server

The TrueConf company announced on February 21, 2019 TAdviser that it unrolled the system of video banking in Commercial bank of Kuwait. The solution integrated 43 branches with the central office and also provided to call center of bank an opportunity to remotely service clients through the whole country using VKS and tools for joint work.

The commercial bank of Kuwait implemented in the structure the flexible system of virtual banking on the basis of the program server of a video conferencing TrueConf Server. The solution provides full remote customer service of bank using high-quality video conference. Communication between visitors and call center is performed using special video booths which consist of the touch screens and audioheadsets connected to the PC told in TrueConf.

For the purpose of providing to clients of an opportunity to get all necessary advice far off on bank video booths through the whole country client applications of TrueConf were installed. The built-in instruments of joint work help call center operators and clients of bank to show necessary documentation directly during a video call.

On a withdrawal of financial institution, the received VIDEOCONFERENCING system conforms to high requirements to data security of bank, at the same time TrueConf technologies provide stable video conference both on the Internet, and in the closed local area network.

In general the system of video banking on the basis of TrueConf technologies allowed to create network of the protected communications between 43 branches and the central office of bank. As of February 21 in Kuwait more than 100 video booths which are used for consultation of clients on the whole country are set. Such approach accelerates daily business processes and reduces queues in branches that allows to service the bigger number of clients in smaller terms and also reduces load of employees of the bank, claim in TrueConf.

Thanks to TrueConf Server we managed to unroll the budget system of video banking which does not require implementation of the difficult software, acquisition of the expensive equipment and additional custom developments — Bader Qamhieh, the head of department of information technologies of Commercial bank of Kuwait said. — We managed to accelerate significantly business processes and to reduce costs of bank.
