In the middle of February, 2019 Microsoft submitted corporate business applications Dynamics 365 augmented reality for mobile platforms iOS and Android. It is reported in the official blog of the American IT corporation.

One of programs - Dynamics 365 Product Visualize (for iOS) – represents service of visualization with augmented reality for demonstration and setup of products which is intended for business in the field of sales. One more product - Dynamics 365 Remote Assist (for Android) represents service of distance learning of employees by means of augmented reality for collective work worldwide. Affirms that this solution is suitable for the enterprises of any industry. Applications will become available to downloading in April, 2019.

In February, 2019 Microsoft provided for iOS and Android of the business application of augmented reality

The Dynamics 365 applications of augmented reality will help the companies to explain to the client as the car developed by the individual order or heavy machinery will look and also to analyze data retrieveds and to instantly change settings of a product. The modern and unified mobile applications of Dynamics 365 AR will help the organizations to transform workflow without need to purchase the expensive special equipment.

New Microsoft applications should compete with Google ARCore and Project Aero from Apple and Adobe. Each of platforms is intended to help the companies to use augmented reality for product demonstration to the consumer. However Microsoft developers stake not only on buyers, but also on the companies – they help the enterprises to find new points of interaction with the consumer, to advance business and to be transformed if necessary.

Also the packet of Dynamic 365 will include applications for assessment of a customer loyalty, creation of chat-bots and protection against fraud.^[1]
