On February 21, 2019 the Directum company reported that in January, 2019 the Itella company carried out test exchange of electronic way bills (ETRN) in Synerdocs service.
To estimate the solution in practice, Itella carried out test run — delivered a freight from own warehouse in the settlement of Krekshino to Moscow. It allowed to check efficiency of use of ETRN in storage of goods and their delivery by own transport. Employees tested two options of work with documents in Synerdocs service: the browser — for warehouse and office users, the mobile chat-bot — for drivers.

When the freight was delivered to the address, the representative of customer organization accepted it and confirmed the facts of transfer of goods — signed the electronic waybill in the web version of service. Then the same was made by the employee of the company carrier. He appended the electronic signature, having confirmed rendering service of transportation of a load.
Representatives of Itella noted advantages of ETRN. In particular, exchange of documents in electronic form according to them:
- excludes loss of documents on the way;
- promotes their further ordered storage;
- reduces delivery costs of originals of documents to the client;
- allows to trace information on movement, the goods delivery and the drawn-up statements at acceptance to all participants of process;
- accelerates payment of the rendered services.
