Completion of implementation of an AML system

On October 9, 2019 the AML Technology company reported that the digital bank for business Sphere completed the project on implementation of an AML system for protection of banks and entrepreneurs against doubtful transactions.

"The management system" analyzes compliance risks of FBR and automatically reveals all main types of doubtful transactions which are defined by the Central Bank. A set of the rules of recommendations for small and medium business checked in practice is for this purpose used. At change of requirements of the Central Bank the service of risks can quickly and flexibly change in the system of setup of rules and correct its work. It allows banks, on the one hand, qualitatively and timely to reveal violations of requirements of the regulator, on the other hand — to perform komlayens-procedures quickly, so most kliyentoorentirovanno.

The project on system implementation of FBR in Sfera bank started in January, 2019. By August implementation came to the end. Then, within two months developers observed efficiency of a system 'in combat conditions', estimated the speed of work and other indicators. For October, 2019 a system works at full capacity and monitors transactions of all clients of bank in a segment of small and medium business.

A system consists of several key modules: monitoring and check of transactions, management of rules of identification of doubtful transactions, a processing pipeline of clients, KYC (know the client), digital identification of the client, a workplace of the employee risk department, modules of a request of documents, holding online meetings with clients, receiving and analysis of external statements, storages the file and the module complience protection.

The FBR system will allow Sfera bank to increase customer acquisition without increase in operating costs of risk department — at the expense of the high level of automation of work of employees of compliance on identification of doubtful transactions and work with the clients making such transactions.

Beginning of implementation of an AML system

On February 25, 2019 the AML Technology company reported that digital bank for business Sphere will implement the AML system of the next generation for protection of banks and entrepreneurs against doubtful transactions.

According to the company, users of Sphere will be able to work with four "assistants" to digital bank is "accountant", "clerk", "chief financial officer" and "lawyer".

"Accountant" automatically calculates taxes for the companies and SP which are on the STS of 6% and 15% fills and sends the tax declaration to FTS. "Clerk" helps to make the text of the necessary document on the basis of one thousand templates and keeps account of all documents, exchanges them with partners in electronic form. "Chief financial officer" collects business indicators, considering transactions on checking accounts in different banks. "Lawyer" advises entrepreneurs on legal issues in a dialog box of a personal account.

Already available anti-fraud of a possibility of Sphere will be strengthened by development of AML Technology "Management System Compliance Risks of FBR" company: she controls and warns bank and the client about risks of the involvement into doubtful transactions.
