ALP Group and Vervag Pharma summed up the results years of cooperation

On February 26, 2019 ALP Group announced summing up year of successful cooperation with the international pharmaceutical company "Vervag Pharm". Product assortment of the company includes prescription, OTC medicines and dietary supplements.

During joint work specialists of ALP Group executed a number of consecutive IT projects for the customer: for example, the fast IT audit which allowed the company client to see the main points of application of efforts in IT infrastructure. Collecting of objective data for the analysis of a status of a server landscape took place using service of the centralized monitoring and control (STsMK) of Argus. According to the results of audit projects on upgrade of server and network equipment were executed. The conclusion with ALP Group of the permanent technical support contract of office users and representatives of the company in regions of Russia (the 1st and 2nd lines of technical support) became one more result.

In December, 2018 the service company coordinated relocation of Vervag Pharma to new office, exercised technical supervision of quality of transportation of IT infrastructure, correctness of laying of SCS and the organization of the server room. At the opened office the staff of ALP Group carried out works on collecting and setup of servers and DWH, the organization of a local network, implementation of the IP telephony (created rules for readdressing of incoming calls, wrote IVR for unloading of the secretary, etc.). Prepared the virtual server for service of printing and also Wi-Fi (the access point, automatic authorization of users, seamless roaming – thanks to which upon transition to another does not come from one access point communication breaks). The staff of customer company also had an opportunity to use the telephony mode through Wi-fi network.

In further plans of the companies — reorganization of service of backup. This project will allow to increase the general security of IT infrastructure of Vervag Pharma.
