On February 28, 2019 the Transporeon Group company announced implementation of the project on inclusion of multimodal and rail transportation of Sveza company in unified information environment.

According to the company, the platform customized under tasks of Sveza of management of multimodal and zhelezodorozhny transportations became result of the cooperation between the companies which began more than three years ago. The project began with process automation, connected with the motor transport, and later, at the initiative of the Sveza group, on the Transporeon platform rail and multimodal transportation which makes 65% of the total amount of transportations of the company were added. In spite of the fact that implementation of the platform happened recently, it was already succeeded to solve a number of important problems – to increase the level of automation of transport logistics, to accelerate optimization of work with haulers, to reduce influence of a human factor, to lower transport costs and to continue improvement of customer service.

Formation of transport requests is completely integrated with ERP SAP therefore specialists work in a single window. It promotes creation of the unified transparent information field in Svez. The next important stage – integration into the ETRAN platform which will allow not only to process documents for rail transportation in electronic form but also will give the chance to keep track of the status of finding of everyone the specific car in the automatic mode.
