Europark (1C:Enterprise 8. Lease and real estate administration)

From September, 2010 to January, 2012 the project on control automation of Evropark shopping Center on the basis of a system "was implemented by 1C: Lease and real estate administration"

The JSC Tsenturion Alyans company manages the Multifunction Shopping Complex of the city of Moscow "Evropark". A significant part of activity of JSC Tsenturion Alyans – rental of premises of the shopping complex in lease.

For the purposes of ensuring effective management of property business process automation of the company on the basis of the program "1C was carried out: Lease and real estate administration".

Staff of ELÍAS company demonstrated program capabilities "1C: Lease and real estate administration", performed installation and initial tuning of an information system. Besides, adaptation of a system under specifics of a company performance in such areas as object management of the real estate, contract management and calculations for lease, cash management was executed. Complex training of employees in work with a system is provided.

In the course of work the following tasks were solved:

• Maintaining register of a real estate;
• Accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and characteristics of the signed agreements;
• Multiple currency accounting of agreements;
• Package formation and printing of documents on settlement with tenants (acts, invoices);
• Accounting of settlement with tenants by additional the analyst: period, object of lease, service in the agreement;
• Automation of charge of the permanent and variable rent;
• Formations of the original block of the management reporting for effective management of lease of department;
• Possibility of setup of own printed forms of agreements and the applications to them in the MS Word format on the basis of templates connected from external files;
• Data transfer from the previous system in the program "1C: Lease and real estate administration".

The goals are achieved:

• Systematization of data of department of lease;
• Reduction of time of routine transactions;
• Increase in efficiency of collection work;
• Reduction of delays and errors at calculations of terms and the amount of penalties.
