On March 4, 2019 Atlas Soft reported what Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan began work in EDMS "Etla"
In the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan process of upgrade of information networks and infrastructure began. The park of the outdated computer equipment was completely updated. Also there was a question of automation of the main business processes of the Ministry. During problem definition and detection of necessary requirements for automation the management stopped the choice on the Etla system. The main requirements to a system were:
- Existence of all necessary instruments of conducting document flow according to the standard of the Republic of Tajikistan
- Automation of conventional processes of processing of incoming documents, approval of documents and formation of outgoing documents
- Existence of automation of control of execution of instructions
- Simplicity of implementation and use of a system
- Existence of the qualified technical support both the system, and the technical platform on which it is unrolled.
In dense interaction with local integrator specialists of Atlas Soft carried out works on setup and system implementation of electronic document management, namely:
- Conducted examination of a status of the current document flow of the ministry
- Created structure of the current document flow of the ministry in a system
- Brought users of a system with distribution of access rights
- Organized user groups with access rights to necessary segments of a system
- Created all necessary reference books
- Configured cards for all document types of the ministry
- Configured rules of autonumbering and autonaming of documents
- Created structures of electronic archive of documents
- Configured a number of business processing and registration of different document types
As a result of the general upgrade of technical infrastructure of the ministry and system implementation of electronic document management allowed to simplify and accelerate many times work and also to make quantum leap forward both in work with documents, and in accomplishment of the business processes existing in the ministry.
