On July 31, 2018 Winner Imports Ukraine – the distributor cars and automobile spare parts, with the state more than 300 people, completed an implementation project of the single high-functional cloud business platform developed on the basis of synergy of cloud services Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, the version online and clouds Azure от Microsoft for business.

Success of Winner company — the Ukrainian importer and the distributor of cars and spare parts, with extensive dealer network, (more than 50 across all Ukraine), became in many respects possible thanks to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) – a system. Over time, the used system ceased to correspond to the development strategy Winner which business continued to develop actively. As a result of close cooperation of the Winner command, under the leadership of Sergey Fesyun, and specialists of OntargIT, uniform, completely integrated solution of Winner Imports Ukraine Microsoft Dynamics which connected all business processes of the company in a whole was created: from purchase and service of cars and zap. parts, to an after-sale service. A system also maintains requirements of Winner in the field of logistics, finance, accounting, including the business reporting, tax accounting and some other key business processes, from budgeting and purchases to HR and forecasting of sales.

For July, 2018 in Winner Imports Ukraine, the single system which really completely covers all business processes of our company, including specific, industry and operational business processes is implemented. From the practical point of view it gave the chance to reduce use of the specialized systems which in our company worked earlier by 50%. All our dealers work in a single system. What did it give us in practice? For example: earlier process of giving of an insurance indemnity, took three days, now it is reduced to less than one day, and projects which could not begin because of need of acquisition for them of servers which deliveries dragged on up to four weeks can start in any day. With transition to the updated platform and placement of the application in a cloud, we left from bulky infrastructure, we can actively continue to develop our business in Ukraine, and without restrictions to use for work of our specialists, mobile devices which allow to simplify accomplishment of this or that task to the maximum.
