"The lateral road Honey" automated work of back-office of the company using the systems of 1C

On February 28, 2019 the company "1C-Rarus" reported that the company "Lateral road Honey" with assistance of specialists Kazan office "1C-Rarus" completed the project on renovation of back-office of the company using programs "1C: Holding Management" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". The complex of systems covered 50 jobs. The functionality of a system allowed to reduce time for the analysis of a status accounting for 15%.
Due to the expansion of the company and tasks of its further development the information system which would allow to control more accurately flows of cash flow became necessary for the enterprise and also would increase effective management of the centers of financial statements. Depending on requirements of a financial analysis budgets should form flexibly in different cuts, quickly reflect actual data and emphasize deviations in the plan-fact analysis according to the put rules. The existing information system needed renovation regarding accounting and data exchange with the front office. For the purpose of improvement of information environment and further for transition of all services of the enterprise to the platform of 1C the decision on step-by-step replacement of software products was made. Accounting, financial and personnel departments became the first services which should pass to the updated system.
As a result the company management Lateral road of Honey selected "1C: Holding Management" — the system allowing to develop functionality of treasury, budgeting, currency exchange control and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" — a product for automation of personnel and salary records.
Project Results:
- The data exchange mechanism between "1C: Holding Management" with third-party automation systems of an operational circuit allowing in a user mode without involvement of developers is developed to change rules of comparison of data and logic of exchange. It helps IT service "Lateral Road Honey" to make independently changes according to the requirements arriving from financial service that allows to save the budget of division.
- The developed mechanisms of integration are connected directly to an information system of "front office". It allows to execute unloading of several thousand documents not monthly, and daily. The mechanism increases efficiency of obtaining information on changes in the income and expenditure budget. Frequency of exchange is regulated by a procedural task, and the result of unloading forms in a report type.
- Trial operation of a product began in 2 months after start of the project. The first months of work in the standard solution showed possibilities of the offered services. Service "1C: The partner" helps to control correctness of legal details that allowed to normalize the reference book by partners in a short time. "The file of the partner" estimates risks during the work with partners. The standard functionality "Accounting express check" reduced time for the analysis of a status of accounting by 15%.
- In a system the commission scheme of work with clients and partners is implemented. It allowed to reduce by 20% time of employees for document creation according to commission agreements.
- The procedure of reconciliation of charge of a value added tax from "The advance payments received" for the detailed analysis of charges is developed. Processing simplified reconciliation of correctness of charge of the VAT.
- Uniform rules of collecting of indicators according to requirements of the enterprise and also the BDR i BDDS key budget forms are created. On the basis of actual data of accounting comparative plan-fact reports form, deviations in percentage and natural expression are considered.
- Implementation of the "Salary and Personnel Management" software product allowed to automate the tasks connected with payroll calculation of personnel and implementation of the HR policy in a complex.
"We understand that for preserving of market position and effective achievement of the purposes, it is necessary to improve the internal business processes and including the automation system.
