2019: Prototypes of the equipment "Avtogaz-2.1"

The Ruselectronics holding of State Corporation Rostec developed the equipment for control of gas leaks of "Avtogaz-2.1" for the passenger, freight and passenger vehicles using gas motor fuel. Installation of the device of control is not more difficult than installation of automobile signaling, and its cost will be about 7 thousand rubles, reported in Rostec on March 6, 2019.

Development is intended for ensuring constant control of the gas equipment of the vehicle and prevention of emergency situations. The equipment is sensitive to exceeding of maximum permissible regulation of concentration of gas. Basic elements of "Avtogaz-2.1" — the sensors with detectors installed in places of potential accumulation of gas, such as podkapotny space, inside of the car and gas-balloon compartment.

The architecture of the equipment allows to configure a further algorithm of its work according to desire of the customer — from giving of a light signal to the driver before complete auto disconnect of a gas supply in case of exceeding of the set indicators.

As of March 6 the system developer — JSC NPP Almaz (enters into Ruselectronics) — creates product prototypes, at the same time the enterprise is ready to start serial release of the equipment.

According to state corporation, within program implementation of the Government of the Russian Federation on gasification of transport and security of its use, the Russian market of vehicles on gas motor fuel, including cars, constantly grows. The first Russian cars on methane in factory execution of Lada Vesta CNG and Lada Largus CNG steel.

Methane cost on average in Russia is 16 rub for 1 CBM of Software to an expense of 1 CBM of methane 1 l of gasoline is equivalent.
