The Ministry of Finance of Krasnodar Krai automated collecting of the budget reporting

On March 5, 2019 it became known that the Ministry of Finance of Krasnodar Krai provided results of unification of process of reporting in organizations of all levels of the budget in the territory of the region. Thus, subordinated organizations completely passed to the digital platform, having completely avoided paper document flow.

In 2014. The Ministry of Finance of Krasnodar Krai set the object to optimize and unify process of reporting in organizations of all levels of the budget in the territory of the region. The uniform centralized storage of reliable reporting data with a possibility of the operational analysis and the subsequent deep data processing (data mining) had to become the purpose of process.

The task of use only of the available equipment, without increase in labor costs at further support of the solution became key feature of achievement of the goal.

The head of department on budget accounting, the reporting and informatization of the Ministry of Finance of Krasnodar Krai Taisiya Konstantinovna Choubina told about successful experience of automation of process of collecting of the budget reporting in Krasnodar Krai, the purposes, stages and the achieved results.

The software package "Web Consolidation" implemented by Christa scientific and production association is applied to the solution of a problem of collecting and consolidation of the reporting in scales of the region, the Russian developer of the integrated information and analytical systems^[1].
