On March 7, 2019, Konica Minolta announced that the 24 Line printing house had installed the flagship Konica Minolta AccurioPress C6100 model.
The printing house began in the early 90s with the manufacture of trio calendars. In 2012, the printing house acquired the first digital printing device - a full-color MFP format A3 bizhub C220. A year later, the volume of orders for operational printing increased significantly, and the company decided to update the machine to bizhub PRESS C70hc. Further, the company strengthened its position by installing the bizhub PRO C1060L CFM . The fourth CFM Konica Minolta in production a few years later was the AccordioPrint C2070L. With the acquisition of this system, digital printing became a full direction, not an assistant in production. The next stage in the development of the printing house and the modernization of production was the acquisition of the flagship full-color model AccordioPress C6100.
"CFM AccordioPress C6100 is a more productive machine that allows you to fulfill large volumes of orders at a lower cost. Another important plus in the purchase of Konica Minolta was the successful experience of operating previous models and interacting with the service service. " Sergey Sorokin, General Director of the printing house "24 Line |
The installation of the fifth digital machine took place at the height of the season, the setup and launch took place almost imperceptibly, and the machine was immediately put into operation. Thanks to the capabilities of AccordioPress S6100 the company managed to increase performance and expand the range of products - the installed CFM is capable of printing up to 100 pages per minute without losing speed on a wide range of materials of various types and densities from 52 to 400 g/m2, including textured, synthetic and self-adhesive media.
As of March 2019, the printing house has two digital printing presses: AccordioPrint C2070L and AccordioPress S6100, which, complementing each other, provide orders for operational printing.
