2019: Announcement of IT solution "SM: Smart production"

On March 11, 2019 system integrator "The first Beat" provided "Skoma the" IT solution "of SM developed together with the company: Smart production" which manages a production equipment at the enterprises agro-industrial complex (agrarian and industrial complex) without participation of the operator. Thanks to a system it is also possible to plan production of products. IT solution allows to increase production efficiency to 200%, developers claim.

The program created based on the solution 1C:ERP "SM: Smart production" allows to manage a production equipment at the agrarian and industrial complex enterprises. It is about the equipment which is controlled with the help of SCADA systems and programmable controllers.

As noted in The First Beat company, "SM: Smart production" allows to obtain up-to-date information about work of production in real time, about order fulfillment stages, volume of the released product, its location. On the basis of data retrieveds it is possible to manage the equipment and to plan production processes.

According to developers, program "SM: Smart production" it:

• automatic control and scheduling;
• up-to-date information on transfer of finished goods from make-to-stock production;
• the choice of a necessary warehouse for ensuring requirements or shipment of goods;

The functionality of production planning of orders is configured under each enterprise individually. At implementation "SM: Smart production" priorities of orders for different segments of clients or on goods will be considered, emphasized in The First Beat company.
