TsOKR, Center of the organization of an overhaul

The Center of the Organization of an Overhaul (COO) is created in 2016. Its task — rendering the methodical and practical help to owners in carrying out overhaul of an apartment house and providing an opportunity to execute repair ahead of schedule, i.e. before the terms provided by the regional program.

For March, 2019, main activities of TsOKR:

• organization of all types of an overhaul of apartment houses;
• providing payment by installments of payment up to two years (at insufficiency of means on the special account);
• debt collection from non-payers of contributions to an overhaul;
• energy efficient overhaul;
• reconstruction;
• improvement of the domestic territory.
