On March 11, 2019 the Advanta Consulting company reported that in "The center of the organization of an overhaul" the single system of project management of overhaul based on Advanta project management system is created.

"Center of the Organization of an Overhaul" (COO) is created in 2016. Its task — rendering the methodical and practical help to owners in carrying out overhaul of an apartment house. In three years the company implements more than 750 projects.

In 2018 the company management makes the decision on implementation of the uniform tool for maintaining projects – Advanta project management information system. The Advanta system allows to enter or obtain necessary customer information and objects, even out of office TsOKR.

"Our company endures the period of dynamic development, diversification and transition from regional to federal level. The activity geography extends, new branches in different areas open. This step demanded from the company and its management of cardinal transformation of thinking and a business management system. The tool which will allow to integrate all project participants in a common information space was necessary for us. Advanta meets these requirements, allowing to aggregate all activities, project portfolios and separate projects by regional divisions. Therefore our choice was made for benefit of this platform".

Project Objectives:

  • increase in effective management of projects of an overhaul and activity of the enterprise in general;
  • project implementation of creation and development of new divisions in different regions.

Project Tasks:

  • develop a single system of project management of an overhaul and a project portfolio in regions;
  • increase knowledge of the top officials of the project progress;
  • organize planning and control of project implementation (resources, finance).

Project Results:

  • The analysis of the main business processes is carried out and the architecture of an information system taking into account regional structure of the enterprise is developed.
  • Cards of all objects of a system (apartment houses, requests, minutes of general meetings, agreements, acts of the performed works) are created.
  • CRM to which requests from homeowners come is configured.
  • The block of a contracted work, electronic document management system is developed.
  • The uniform base of apartment houses (more than 70,000) and partners is created (more than 5,000 for March, 2019). In a system all associated documentation is available.
  • The system of the organization of construction supervision on objects is developed.
  • The system of financial planning and accounting is implemented (an income and expense budget and BDDS).
  • Data exchange between 1C and the Advanta system is implemented.
  • Control panels (dashborda) for company management are created.

Practically all project was implemented by forces of staff of TsOKR. The employees participating in the project were previously trained in settings of the Advanta system. The high involvement of project participants into business processes of the company allowed to receive the information system answering to the purposes and tasks of TsOKR.

According to information for March, 2019 in the created system:

  • more than 200 active projects
  • more than 50 tasks in each project
  • 30 users
  • more than 70,000 apartment houses in uniform base
  • more than 5,000 potential partners in a system (owners, UK, condominium, HCC, contractors)
  • 2 types of projects – projects of an overhaul, organizational / projects of regional development
