2019: Creation of the block of scheduling
On March 13, 2019 EAE-Consult announced fast emergence of a system of the MES level which will cover all levels of automation of oil processing production. A system received the name DigitalPlant (Digital plant). For March, 2019 the systems of collecting of initial data, data of a material balance and some other are created. Since the beginning of 2019 EAE-Consult started creation of the block of a system - an information system of scheduling. Development of a prototype of a system is going to be completed until the end of the I quarter 2019 and to implement at large oil refinery (Refinery) in the Volga Federal District.
The system of scheduling DigitalPlant.Schedulling seamlessly integrates into a common information space the systems of collecting and processing of initial data of EAE.IS (EAE-Consult developer) which are already available for the customer and approvals of a material balance of Production Balance (Honeywell). The created complete solution will provide effective management of processes on all perimeter of Refinery, including acceptance of crude oil, processing, mixing and shipment, synchronizes the monthly economic plan and the current development of oil products that as a result will allow to increase efficiency and profitability of the enterprise.
DigitalPlant.Schedulling consists of three subsystems:
- planning of development of products,
- schedule of work of technology objects,
- distribution by reservoirs and platforms (shipment).
The planning horizon is set from one day to one month and more. Specialists EAE-Consult develop subsystems of planning of development and shipment using methods of interactive selection by simulation modeling. Scientific departments of faculty of calculus mathematics and cybernetics of MSU create algorithms of automatic calculation of the plan of technology objects.
During 2019 replication of a system of scheduling of DigitalPlant.Schedulling is planned for two other Refineries of the customer, but already in a complex with the system of approval of a material balance DigitalPlant.Reconciliation.
Taking into account the fact that at these enterprises the systems of collecting of initial data EAE.IS and existence of own certified laboratory information system EAE.LIMS were implemented earlier – it allows to say that in Russia there will be a system of a MES class for Refinery covering all levels of business process automation: production modeling, supervisory control, quality control, collecting of production data, approval of a material balance, scheduling, reporting, acceptance of management decisions. The architecture of the domestic DigitalPlant system is implemented in such a way that as subsystems products of any producers can be used that is especially relevant in case by software it is already purchased. But in complex implementation of software products of EAE-Consult company it is possible to gain the maximum effect.
Scheduling is the most important part of automation of Refinery. A system allows to keep global account of a supply chain of crude oil and oil products, to optimize oil refining processes, to minimize the losses connected with a deviation from plan targets. The companies which implemented similar solutions have powerful competitive advantage due to more flexible response to changes of demand pattern.
