2018: Implementation of a single platform for work of corporate business

VTB announced on April 26, 2018 transfer of divisions of group on the single information platform "Portal of Corporate Business". The project provides implementation of tools for cross-functional interaction of employees of group, the platform for work of call center of corporate business of bank and also assumes use of intellectual algorithms of information processing.

The project is directed to improving competitiveness of the price proposal of group, "the 3600th view" of the client is implemented in the concept and provides formation of a product profile of the client available to all systems and channels of service. The project also provides creation of the analytical mechanism which will allow to optimize work with the companies clients on the directions of sales, compliance procedures and risk management.

The developed solution assumes the developed system of differentiation of access rights depending on a role and division of the user, the working device, specifics of required information. Taking into account wide geography of business of VTB Group access for employees to the portal is provided including from mobile devices, the user interface is supported in the Russian and English languages, the possibility of maintaining the countries of presence of VTB Group given in all languages is implemented. Data protection during the work from mobile devices is provided both at the level of communication links, and at the level of system functions.

The project is kept for the benefit of large, average and small businesses and also assumes synergy with retail business within salary projects. Project implementation will lead to customer service quality improvement.

The uniqueness of this project is caused by the scale of our business. With implementation of "The portal of corporate business" group customer information more than will be consolidated in 20 countries of presence on a single platform that will significantly increase both efficiency of customer interaction, and coordination between the directions of group — Elena Kolesnik, the Head of Department of coordination and the analysis of business, the senior vice president of VTB noted.
