Biography

Alexander Mikhaylovich Dybal was born on November 3, 1966 in Leningrad.

Education

After leaving school at Embassy of the USSR in Yugoslavia and military service in 1987 entered the Leningrad electrotechnical institute. "Engineer-aero hydromechanic" graduated from it in 1992 majoring in.

Career

In 1990-2000 worked in media of St. Petersburg. Became one of founders and the commercial director of Radio Baltika radio station, then the CEO of the state broadcasting company "St. Petersburg-Channel Five". Since 2000 on the 2001st held positions of the associate director and responsible secretary of board of Centre for Strategic research "Northwest". From 2001 to 2002 directed information and communications department of JSC Gazprom then within two years was the chairman of the board of directors of Gazprom Media. Then was the chairman of the board of directors of NTV TV company and Echo of Moscow radio station.

From 2003 to 2007 consistently held a post of the CEO and chairman of the board of directors of JSC Gazprom Media and also was the chairman of the board of trustees of the national award "Media Manager of Russia".

In February, 2007 it is appointed the adviser to the chairman of the board of PJSC Gazprom.

Then the new stage in A. Dybal's career connected with activity in Gazprom Neft company began. Since December, 2007 he is a board member of PJSC Gazprom Neft and the deputy CEO for corporate communications.

Under its management in the company several projects are implemented. First of all it is the program of social investments Hometowns which integrates all social initiatives and projects of Gazprom Neft (culture, sport, construction of city infrastructure, the help to young talents, support of initiatives of citizens).

Alexander Dybal is the author of the idea and the head of the organizing committee of the International hockey tournament of children's commands of KHL "A cup of Gazprom Neft" in which the strongest clubs of Russia and other states participate. Also it possesses the idea of creation of hockey academy Avangard in Omsk. Dybal supervised construction of academy.

Also he was responsible for construction of other academy - Academies of Chess which was created with assistance of Gazprom Neft in Khanty-Mansiysk. Since 2010 in it there take place the largest world tournaments and the congresses of FIDE. In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area in 2015 the company built the ice arena Noyabrsk and the sports Muravlenko complex. A curator of projects was A. Dybal.

One more direction of social activity of the company which it controls is support of Football Club Zenit and hockey clubs Avangard and SKA.

Also Alexander Dybal supervises large social projects of Gazprom Neft in the Balkans. In particular, is an ideological inspirer Festivalya of the Russian music of Emir Kusturica who since 2013 is led with assistance of Gazprom Neft in Serbia. In addition, Dybal was responsible for charitable projects of the company in Belgrade - reconstruction of the Russian necropolis and creation of mosaic furniture of an internal part of a dome of the temple of Saint Savva.

In 2018 he became the author of the idea and the project manager "The earth of legends. The Kurdish culture eyes of the Russian researchers" - the book about culture and ethnography of Kurds of the end of XIX - the beginnings of the 20th centuries. Its creation was supported by Gazprom Neft which conducts activity in the territory of the Iraqi Kurdistan.

In addition to activity in Gazprom Neft Alexander Dybal holds a post of the board member in the following organizations: since 2011 in JSC IFC Okhta Center (since 2012 - JSC IFC Lakhta Centre), since 2015 - Gazprom Media LLC, since 2015 - JSC TNT-Teleset, since 2017 - GPM RTV LLC.

Alexander Dybal is married, is a father of three children.
