RDC (Registration Depository Center)

Joint-stock company Registration Depository Center (JSC RDTs) - one of the registrars registered in Russia. Performs activities for maintaining and storage of registers of owners of securities. Is a full member of the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer-Agentov and Depozitariyev (PAR,TAD). In addition to services in maintaining and storage of registers, JSC RDTs renders the qualified help in implementation of all corporate procedures, including redemption of stocks upon the demand of shareholders in the cases established by the law, actions for acquisition more than 30 percent of shares of public society (voluntary and obligatory offers), procedures of issue of securities, reorganization, liquidation, preparation and holding general shareholder meetings.
