The developer of systems in the field of assessment of behavior of F2FGroup opened in March, 2019 a demo access to a cloud service 151EYE for remote assessment of candidates before employment. At the heart of the solution – technology which analyzes a voice of the person and draws a conclusion about its professional qualities.

The HR agencies and staff recruitment services in the organizations from spheres of retail, insurance, finance, transport, etc. use a system.

"Specialists of HR services spend a lot of time for routine work: selection of the summary, the invitation of candidates and processing of the completed questionnaires which sometimes contain up to 200 questions. Now the companies independently open a personal account on our website, select subjects of testing and enter data of the candidate who needs to be estimated. All other work is performed by an IVR bot", - the CEO of F2FGroup Frol Boris tells.

The technology for remote assessment of candidates is implemented in a cloud and does not require downloading of any applications. The IVR bot rings the applicant agreed time and asks questions about a script according to different subjects. They concern certain professional competences, risks (deception, thefts, the use of the prohibited substances) and standard situations in work. During answers the software analyzes the smallest changes in the candidate's voice (length of 3-7 milliseconds) and estimates them on 151 signs. These signs are reflected by extent of nervousness of the candidate, his confidence in answers, signs of unauthenticity of information, concentration in that or other question. The analysis of all these data allows to understand whether the candidate is suitable for the selected position or not. Testing takes 15-35 minutes depending on quantity selected by the employer that.

The solution is developed under the leadership of Alexey Gusev – the doctor of psychological sciences, professor of department of psychology of the identity of faculty of psychology of Lomonosov Moscow State University and the specialist in the field of psychophysis, psychoacoustics and computer psychodiagnostics. At first the F2FGroup command offered technology in the stationary version – for installation in office. Within three years specialists developed a cloud platform. Now it can be set for use in many segments of the market. Customers note that it is very convenient to use the solution as it is not necessary to potter with the equipment and once again to invite the candidate for office. On an interview only those candidates who, based on testing, correspond to all conditions of the stated vacancy get.
