NORBIT implemented bpm’online CRM system in Segezha Group

On March 19, 2019 the NORBIT company reported that it implemented bpm’online CRM system from Terrasoft at two enterprises Segezha GroupSegezha Packaging and the Vyatka plywood plant. Development of the CRM system became a part of the general IT strategy of Segezha Group company which implementation is planned till 2021.

According to the company, main objectives of the project - increase in operational efficiency of management sales and decrease in quantity of errors in data due to automation key business processes. Earlier in the course of maintenance of clients several sources were used information. Contacts of potential customers remained in excel- files at a stage of signing of the contract data on the client fixed century to electronic document management system. Each company fixed requests for production and shipment of goods in the ERP- a system.

We began consolidation of data on orders and sales in all enterprises Segezha Group. Despite heterogeneity of an IT landscape and given us it was succeeded to complete the first stage of the project. Complete transition to the CRM system of all subsidiaries of Segezha Group, including the western assets, is planned for the middle of 2020. For March, 2019 time goes system testing, personnel training, identification and elimination of data bugs.

Bpm’online allows to register all entering addresses and to divide them into categories, including repeated addresses and claims, to conduct all partners in uniform base, to fix the history of communication with each client, to prepare commercial offers and also to create sales plans. System tools automatically create product and financial analytics at which it is possible to look in the single interface. CRM is integrated with different production systems, including about "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management".

Implementation of the CRM system became a stage of transition to the service model aimed at satisfaction of needs of each client. Unification of business processes will help our company to offer customers high-quality service.

For our command the project became unique as we adapted the CRM system for work in such specific industry as the forest industry. For the Segezha Group enterprises we selected and configured necessary tool kit and modules on the bpm'online platform from Terrasoft.
