In Chelyabinsk started the information system "Objects of Cultural Heritage of Chelyabinsk Region"

On March 20, 2019 the Corporation ELAR announced end of the first stage of the project on creation of the information Chelyabinsk region system "Objects of Cultural Heritage". Within works the electronic archive based on domestic ECM- platforms "ELAR Context", providing automation of accounting of data on objects of cultural heritage of the region, comprehensive search data and reliable is implemented information storage.

Within the task set by higher bodies, we need to hold a number of the events directed to transition to modern information exchange and increase in efficiency of work with citizens and state institutions. At the first stage using specialists of ELAR we developed and implemented the information system "Objects of Cultural Heritage of Chelyabinsk Region". Thanks to the created solution, in the short term, activity of the State Committee will be optimized at the expense of online access and systematization of data on historical and cultural monuments of Chelyabinsk region. The next stage of the project assumes filling of the implemented electronic archive ordered data and the scan images of documents of primary sources on nearly three thousand objects of cultural heritage of the region.
